V7 Plus Wont Upload M4A

I have had Plus v7 for five years now. With not a problem (except the c++ thing, but I took care of that). Now I have a bigger problem, I can't put M4A files on a CD burn list.

 

everytime I try to put up a M4A file, an error message says, This is not a valid or supported music file. The following file formats are supported: .mp3, .wma, .wav, .cda, .m4a.

 

I don't know what is going on here?

You might find the post by John Lockwood on this site is useful. It points out that there are four different types of m4a files, how you can't use the protected ones, and what you need to use the other types.

Okay. I downloaded WMP Tag Plus, and I still can't put the M4A on the burn list.

Okay, if it's not a protected M4A file but the program is just acting broken, UNINSTALL is as fully as you can, and then reinstall it.

 

That's your best chance for getting the program back into factory condition, as long as it's not a Microsoft Update or some other program which has broken it.
