Transfer Production To Different Computer

I have completed a VHS to DVD production & burned it to a DVD using roxio easy VHS to DVD. I captured the video using a laptop but I want to copy or transfer the completed DVD to a different computer to save it for future editing. Is there a way to do this?

Put the DVD in a DVD Drive on the other PC, open or explore the disc, choose edit, select all, edit copy, then right click paste in a new folder you make on the other PC..
