Media Manager Crashes On Sync

I try to sync some music (a playlist) that I'm converting from .flac to .mp3 on my microSD card (goes in my Blackberry), and I get the following crash:

Are you using the BlackBery Media Manager or do you have both on your computer? Read this. I tried that link and it works.

No luck so far - I might uninstall creator, make sure that Media Manager is nowhere to be found, then reinstall creator and see what happens...

One or the other Media Manager but not both.
