Windows7 64 Bit Machine Vs Roxie 2011

Question

Okay so I just upgraded to Roxie 2011, now I have errors and it won't start. After reading internet I am not the first. So I reinstalled, still receiving errors, then reinstalled doing the repair option and it keeps giving me

 

"Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package "RCPROD.msi" in the box below.

 

Where is this file? What do I do next?

It is RoxiO and not Roxie.

 

You should post in the Creator 2011 area where it is now. You should not double post with two different versions in the title. You can edit your title in case you make a mistake.

 

 

How about we focus on a fix for the product and not worry about whether or not the post is in the right category. Your can give me lessens on editing the forum during non-billable hours on your own time. :D
