Saving Over 10 Min DV-avi files and V8 Crashes

pcrook

Question

I have always edited my DV files and then saved them back as DV files on my Hard drive.

This has always worked fine but now I have a problem.

I am unable to save any file over 10 minutes in DV format.

Just after 10 Mins Videowave crashes and has to be shut down.

I have tried several files now and the same thing happens.

If there under 10 mins all is fine.

I can save these larger files in other formats mpeg and DivX.

Anyone know what the problem is.

Do you have a dual core processor in your computer? If not, what processor is it? How much memory?

I have the same issue and am looking for commonality.....

thanks,

Amy
