Classes On Roxio Usage For Troubleshooting?

Yes, very frustrating when creating a timeconsuming PhotoShow to suddenly have days of creation suddenly freeze the end process. Tried uploading to "My Favorites" to edit there but got tedious wait hours to discover my PhotoShow didn't upload. Then on another note, Program won't send my show to burn a DVD when it had in the pass????? If Roxio Support can't help me, wouldn't it be nice to attend classes for troubleshooting? This would eliminate valuable loss time trying to figure out where the problem exist???? I am not a developer, but would surely like to see a Troubleshooting Guide. Also, the program doesn't show process time when uploading? If it did show process time, we'd know whether to start over and not wait countless hours to receive a failure with the upload????? Ever think of "ONLINE Troubleshooting" with various scenarios of possible failures on uploading and burning a DVD???? Thanks (I tried to execute these with extreme frustration.) When I called Joey in Support - he said he'd email some tips, but haven't received anything yet?
