Panda Security And Roxio Creator 2010 Problems

I tried to install Roxio creator 2010 on my VIsta based system. I have Panda seurity running. The install seems to conflict with pannda and crashes the system. Do these two softwares ever work together or should I get my Money back? Does Panda affect the running of the siftwre even if it does install? Help

You should always turn off any antivirus software before installing any software. Internet security software should also be disengaged as well.
