Roxio Creator 2011

Tryied all possible suggestions to activate Creator 11 Audio/Video/Photo programs with no success!!

Spending to many hours installig and re-installing, please advise!!

My system was build with CPU i7, 6Gb memory, two HD 1tB each, OS Windows 7 profesional.

All other programs including Roxio CD/DVD/copy work just fine.

Now I am at the point of desperation, either I get some resolution or the Creator 11 will be returned.

I am a customer with Roxio for a long time!!

And what version of Creator do you have? Creator 2009 or Creator 2011?

Creator 11 is the internal name of Creator 2009.

OP got everything straigned out after an unistall (with Revo Uninstaller) and reinstall.

OP has a Revere 3D camera (about 1954) and hopes to be able to do a lot with the pictures and Creator 2011.

Explain "Activate" What video device do you have?

 

Turn off your anti-virus, open Windows Programs and Properties and do a repair. If you had your anti-virus running when you installed the program then the anti-virus prevented items to be registered properly. In fact, make sure that you've done all this. I know it is a new computer but some drivers may already be out of date.
