Creator 2010 With Windows 7 Professional

ColleenC

Question

I just installed Creator 2010 on a new Toshiba laptop. It has Windows 7 Professional. The installation process went fine, however when I went to use MYDVD it gave me an error saying that my computer's resolution did not meet the minimum requirements for this application. It needs to be 1024 x 768 pixels or higher, plus color quality of 16-bit or higher. Well.... My resolution is 1920 x 1080 pixels with a color quality of 64-bit. Can anyone point me in the right direction of what to do now.

FYI... When creating a slide show it works fine, it is just the MYDVD portion of Creator 2010 that seems to be having issues.

True Color (32 bit) is as high as it gets...

What is your DPI setting?

In MyDVD, Tools, Options, are you set to Hardware or Software? Try changing it and see if it makes a difference.
