Install wizard worked fine but then said wizard wasn't able to complete installation. Where did I go wrong anf how do I retrive the situation? Difficult How??? No one here is a mind reader, you have to supply information. Du is a Top Tech at Roxio and will get you going as soon as you supply the info.
