Baldwon
Moved from XP to Windows 7. Tried to install Creator 2009. Installed 2011. Left me with dead DVD drive. Microsoft fixed registry problem. I did a complete uninstall of 2009. Now I can't use, remove or repair 2011. Can anyone tell me how to remove 2011 completely so I can reinstall 2011? When I try, it says "Unable to find Certificate File" and can get past this point.
Sonic Boom
So when you try to uninstall it you get the error message? Or when you try to launch the applications?
Baldwon
So when you try to uninstall it you get the error message? Or when you try to launch the applications? I try a clean install and get REMOVE OR REPAIR. Clicking either gets me "Unable to find certificate file" Above 5 minutes later I get a rollback.
