Error 8004521E

MyDVD works fine for 4.7g files. However, when I try to compile a 8.5g video, I get a '8004521e Error While Recording Menus" error. MyDVD runs to 100% but fails sometime after that. I am creating disk images - not trying to burn the disk directly. An output file is saved but is unusable. I am running MyDVD from Creator 2010 on a windows 7 platform.

 

Have contacted roxio support about a dozen times on this. They have run me through all of the standard responses. I have deinstall & reinstalled. I have updated everything. In fact, messing with their procedures, I dinged windows 7 trying to update video & hardware drivers and ended up having to reinstall windows.

 

Roxio support is yet to explain what causes this type of error. Does anybody have any ideas?

You will not find any Video updates through MicroSoft!!!

 

Go to your video card manufacture and see what is available for your Make & Model.

 

You had the same problem almost a year ago with 2009 and never responded to the suggestions that were offered – Here

 

Is this the same PC? If not, please list out the specs.

 

Also tell us a little more about these projects???
