Creator 2010

jabber54

Question

I purchased Creator 2010 from the Roxio website and downloaded the install .exe. The installation went without issue but when I try to use the Batch Convert & Transfer (Audio)the circular arrow spins like it is loading and nothing happens. I tried reloading Roxio and have the same problem. I am running Creator 2010 SP2 under Windows 7 64 bit. Anyone else have this issue?

A secondary question, is it possible to burn a Roxio Creator 2010 disk so I don't have to install from the .exe each time?

I'm not sure on the first (I never use the batch conversion) but if you open the downloaded exe file with winrar or winzip (it's a self-extract archive), extract that to a folder and simply burn the contents of that to a DVD and you have an install disc (by the way you should have two more files - content and third party apps)

Is that when you open the application or add tracks?

Is that when you open the application or add tracks?

It happened at the main screen when I selected it under Audio but now I have a different problem - I followed the instructions above for a clean install under windows 7 and now when I click on the Roxio Creator 2010 icon and after the Roxio splash appears I receive the message which I have attached. "The Certificate file is missing or has been corrupted - Please re-install it" After I click OK Roxio shuts down.

Any Ideas? Help!

Thanks
