charmerci
Thanks for your assistance guys. But I looked at the Jukebox help section and yes, it's only for compressed files. I just went to the Audio CD section (I was previously just using the Copy CD.) and there I CAN select the CD files to temporarily download them to the HD to make a CD copy. Thanks again - it may be because I moving tomorrow that I didn't look at every feature close enough.

I moved your post here; perhaps someone can help you. Creator 9.0DE is an OEM (cut down) piece of software that is about 4 or so years old. I do know that some of the audio codecs were removed from those OEM versions and that might be the problem. Perhaps someone who still has that OEM version on their computer can help. tbrewst
If I remember correctly when you make a Jukebox disc you are adding mp3 files. An Audio cd doesn't have mp3 files on it. I may be wrong about that one though. When you go to add files what does it say the supported file types are?
sknis
Please do a screen shot of the Home page you have and of the Jukebox page. Post them here. It might help.

I would check with Dell and make sure your Software is updated! Roxio Creator DE 9.0 Patch. Fixes the following issues. Audio Import does not allow to import music from CD.
