plevintampabay
In the most recent version of the BlackBerry Desktop software, RIM has removed the Roxio Media Manager. At this point there is no way to copy files from the PC to the device memory on a BlackBerry. Can Roxio please do something to fix this situation? Thanks. grandpabruce
You would be better off contacting Blackberry Support instead of posting to a Roxio forum.
Silvergg
You would be better off contacting Blackberry Support instead of posting to a Roxio forum. Similar Problem. My Windows Installer keeps trying to install "Roxio Media Manager.msi" over and over again. I too had the Blackberry software from Roxio installed on my desktop and upgraded it when I was asked to. While this concerns Blackberry's Roxio software, the problem is obviously a bug in the Roxio software. If you Google "Roxio Media Manager.msi" you will see this is a major problem with none of the solutions working. Anyone got a solution? Roxio doesn't respond to this problem at all. As you probably know, Balckberry specified and supports the Media Manager for their device. Please clarify. Is it now on your computer? Do you want/need it? What Roxio product do you have now? Have you tried pointing the installer to the Roxio or Blackberry disc? If you don't want Media Manager on your computer - Blackberry - use Revo Uninstaller in the Moderate Mode to remove it if it is listed. If you don't see it there, use Microsoft's Installer Clean up Utility to clean that up. Google for it since Microsoft no loner supports it. As per good practices, create a restore point or back up your system disc before playing around too much.

ALL support for Blackberry's OEM Roxio software comes from the OEM provider.
