Winn777
I bought this software several months ago and just now had time to load it on my computer. I put the disk in and click to load the software and it ask me what language I want to use and I selected English, next a screen pops up and gives me an error code 000D and that’s all it will do. I have the following computer: Windows XP Pro 2002 SP3 P4 Dual Core Intel Pentium D CPU 3.40 GHz 2.0 GB RAM After this install failed I loaded MS Word 2010 and Nero 9 Essentials with no problems. I keep my loaded software up to date. I even bought a new HP DVD/CD external USB writer just in case but that didn’t help anything. Can anyone help??? Also...I copied the software to my desktop and tried to install from there and got the same results.

Could be that its corrupt or the drive has an issue with the disc. Try copying the disc to a folder on your hard drive, see if you get a error doing that? If it copies to the hard drive, run setup .exe from the folder...
