Jim_Hardin
Hi, its v1.1.125 of easy VHS to DVD. I then converted the footage to MPEG2 and burned the DVD, the footage is fine but there is no audio Full version w/SP2 should look like: 1.1.124 SP2; 4.50.13A I did not have any problem with the test samples of MOV & that version??? What is the source of these MOV? Why did you convert??? VideoWave and MyDVD work with multiple formats and they can be mixed formats in the same project. Have you burned other DVD’s with this program and was their Audio OK? MOV from still digital cameras can be a little flaky. But at the same time some DVD Players need to shift to LPCM Audio in the Project Settings of MyDVD. I trust you have already set it to PAL? sueh
Hi, the source of the MOV is a Kodak Playsport camcorder. I have burned other DVD's from other camera's and the audio has been fine on the DVD. I have changed the setting to PAL..
Jim_Hardin
Hi, the source of the MOV is a Kodak Playsport camcorder. I have burned other DVD's from other camera's and the audio has been fine on the DVD. I have changed the setting to PAL.. You did not explain why you ‘converted’ the files??? It should not make any difference, unless you used another program, but is an unnecessary step. For testing, take a short clip (5-10 sec) and copy it to your PC with the USB. Take that file and bring it into VideoWave and play it there. Got Audio? If so, go to MyDVD with it. Any error message or warning there? Play it. If you have a DVD RW handy but it and test it. sueh
I didnt realise you didnt have to convert the files first. I did the test mentioned above by taking a new video clip and playing it in Videowave, there was no audio. I also played another video clip taken from a different video camera and the audio on that clip was fine. Not sure why the .mov files will not play audio in videowave? Jim_Hardin
Your Kodak camcorder came with ArcSoft software. You may be able to use that and export (convert) it to some other format??? WMV, DV, AVI, etc.
Jim_Hardin
Going to need a little more info… You cannot have the 201B version of V2D as QT is out! What version do you have? What program in that version did you use to make a DVD? What settings did you use?
