How Can I Improve Slow Motion.

Hi!

I have made slow motion with WideoVawe in the middle of the video below. The question is if I am able to make the movement more smooth. (edited, green text was missing)

 

1.Can I find some option in VideoWave for this.

 

2.Do you know any software for making slow motion smoother. As far as I can understand there should be a program that can add a frame between frames. (People have visited the moon already.)

 

3.What are the cheapest camcorders you know that could shoot a lot of frames per second. I would like to produce fine slow motion videos from sport actions.

Is that a TV capture or did you film it? What camcorder - make and model?

 

1) Yes, You can do slow motion in Video Wave but it might be the same as what you did. How did you do the slow motion with that video? Watch this.

2) I personally do not know of any software that will do that but I haven't looked.

 

3) Almost the same question as above. What camcorder do you have? What is the max frame rate for that camcorder? What do you consider "cheapest". Goggle for high speed camcorders; I don't think you are going to find anything cheap. Here is an interesting discussion.

I got the video as mkv video and converted it with Any Video Converter to Mp4 video. It is 25fps. I don't know if the original filmed in peking was high speed video. I tried to keep good quality but Photopucket put it down a little.

 

Slow motion clips from the Olympics 2008 and World Cup 2010 were impressive.

 

I see High Speed camcorders is the key word. Our local shops have only basic level camcorders. Not high speed at all. I hope that manufactures will start mass production for some basic high speed camcorders.

Not too likely in consumer/prosumer grade camcorders…

 

It takes a lot of circuitry horsepower to process and store frames at high rates and it cannot be done at prices folks are willing to pay!

 

Look into the $3,000 - $5,000 models.
