Product Won't Load On Windows 7; Dies After Several Vhs-To-Dvd Transfers

Steve445

Question

I am at my wit's enb with this product.

I loaded it onto my Vista laptop, and it did install, but requiring more than an hour to install. The USB device sometimes did and at other times did not load. In the window for choice of audio transfer device, I was sometimes able and at other times not able to access the USB device. Sometimes it mattered and sometimes it didn't. But inevitably, after a day or two of copying VHS tapes, the program simply died: the USB device driver disappeared. I tried to reinstall the program, tried to plug the device back in, but I got nowhere. I then had to uninstall everything and start from scratch. I was only able to reinstall by using a different language. So far, I have used up German, Spanish, and Italian.

Then, when I tried to install the program on the Windows 7 computer, the disk just sat there, stalling rather than installing. At one point it said it was "rolling back," but it still sat there.

This product is a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. I will not buy another Roxio product again.

I'm sorry the product didn't work out for you!

It has for me and several other folks on W-7, Vista , and XP..

If you would like some help ask for it.

If not and you bought the product from Roxio through their website, you can return it within the first thirty days no questions asked..
