Product Does Not Run How Can I Get My $ Back?

Creator 2011 does not install properly. I have spent too many hours attempting to clean uninstall and reinstall. It still does not work. I searched your knowledge base and forum and all I see is "yes that is a problem, clean uninstall and reinstall."

I bought it online from Roxio...

 

 

Click on the Support tab, above, and contact Customer Service.

 

You are posting to a forum. The folks, who help out here, are not Roxio people, so this is not our software.
