Creator 2011 Xp Explorer Crashes Sonichddemuxer.dll

Just bought Creator 2011. Using XP SP2. Now Windows explorer crashes every time I open a folder with .mpg files. The crashes are always associated with sonichddemuxer.dll. When I rename the dll, the crashes stop--but I'm asked for the disc to reinstall some files. Then the problem recurs.

Actually, it's already running 32 bit SP3. My mistake.

 

It still doesn't work.
