I looked under sound games controllers and the only thing I have is Realtec audio device. I pulled out the USB and put back in and still did not get it. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled the program twice and still nothing. I can open the program and it does come up but it does not get a signal from VCR. Not sure what is going on. I am using Vista.

I'm not sure, but I think this program is a piece of junk, It worked for one 20min down load from my Hi8 cam recorder. Turned off the P.C. The next day I had so much trouble getting my P.C. to boot up, I had to remove Roxio. Then had to restore to a restore point to get my pc back. Now I put Roxio back on, and all I get is a music screen, and a rent movie sceen, no VHS to DVD program. Waist of $50.00. Good luck with your problem

What operating system are you running and what service packs?

At the top of this forum is a pinned post what version am I running, there are three, post your version number please.

How is the USB Device connected, USB Hub, USB Extension cord, composite, S-Video, be specific?

Do you have other Roxio software installed?

What antivirus/firewall software are you running?

If your PC has problems booting, was that before Easy VHS to DVD was installed?
