Play the PhotoShow on line to the end. Does it play to the end? Another poster recently has the same type of issue and there was a corruption in the show. Hers would not play past a point in the middle. The fix was to edit the show on-line to delete the area where there were issues; that is where it started hanging and then a couple of images after that. Save the show and then try downloading it again. or you can just try later when the servers and the internet are less busy. Just FYI, re-downolad V6 to your computer and install it.
