I just received a response after having purchased this product 2 days ago. I bought it hoping to solve a backup issue after reading many posts on the web for a vacation that starts tomorrow. To add insult to injury, I went ahead and purchased a different product and am now hoping to get a full refund for this defective product.


The funny thing is the information on requesting a refund is incorrect and the click refund is not an option... no person to talk to ...grrrrr.... looks like I'm going to have to contact my credit card company. :angry2:
