Disc Open, Multisession; Can't Append New Files

Hi,

 

I have save my data to DVD-R and BD-R, leave them open, but now when I try to append new files to discs I got this kind of error saying 'disc open, multisession, data appendable ' Exclamation sign "This disc cannot be used for this project" I don't see where is the error, why is not working.

 

I use Creator 2010 Special Edition on Windows 32-bit; LG Blu-ray burner, all drivers are up to date.

 

What is the problem here?

How big is the file you're trying to add?

 

You have less than 10 GB space left and you also need the overhead for the append data

That message show up as soon as I insert the disc in the bay, it do not allow to drag and drop any file regardless the size.

that happens with open BD-R and DVD-R too, it acts like the disc is closed.
