aisaac2
Is there any way to increase the recoding time from more than 1 hour on a DVD without losing quality? It's ridiculous to have a 1 hour footage on one DVD! Any tips would be helpful.
d_deweywright
You could go to a dual layer disc and get two hours.
Jim_Hardin
You are capturing from VHS so you don't really have any Quality to give up!!! A DL disc, assuming you have a DL Burner, will allow from 2 to 4 hours: But I can tell you right now, I have converted over 100 LaserDiscs, which are higher quality than VHS, and I never put more than 1 hour on a disc! I tried but even 1:15 was nothing I wanted to watch! Some even took 3 discs to complete! (DVD DL's were not available at the time).
