Dave K
I installed Creator 2011 Pro on my computer with Windows 7 operating system. After installation, I couldn't add any printers and windows would not shut down no matter what I tried. I uninstalled Roxio 2011 Pro and the computer was back to normal. Any ideas on how to use Roxio 2011 Pro in this circumstance. Dave K
gi7omy
Check your chipset drivers for an update. There was a strange problem with Gigabyte boards at one time where W7 wouldn't shut down (it went into restart instead). The cure was an updated set of drivers from nVidia There's nothing in the Roxio suite that should interfere with Windows
