Cannot Adjust Printer Output On Espon Artisan 710 For A Standard Dvd Template

Hi,

I am using Standard DVD case template and am trying to adjust printout image on the page. I have tried to use Print Preferences to make the adjustments without success. Need to move the image about a 1/2 inch closer to the edge. Is there any other means to make this adjustment?. I can provide a image of the printout I get if it better helps with issue.

Solution found, had to test different numbers until one worked. Curious, if you use a number larger than 3 it moves the image all the way to the opposite side of the paper, weird.

A few more Questions…

 

Do you have the correct paper selected (Green)

 

Did you Calibrate (Red)

 

Values are centimeters, so the Fine Tuning would be 1.27 (Blue):

 

 

(multiply inch by 2.54 to find centimeters)

 

I generally use plain paper with Print DVD Case Outline selected to compare to the commercial paper.
