Plug & Burn In Toast 10

In order to use Plug & Burn I am trying to get Toast 10 recognize that my Sony HD camera is attached to the Mac. Once in about 20 tries the camera icon appeared but when I tried to import I just kept getting a message to insert a cassette and put the camera in playback mode which I did about 15 times to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas about what might be wrong and how to right it?

It may be that the plug & burn feature only works with standard definition DV camcorders. That's the way it was originally but I don't know if Roxio expanded that with later versions of Toast.

Thanks for the information. I'll see if I can find out from Roxio about Toast not liking HD camcorders. Jane
