3D Video In Creator 2011

Is it possible to import 2 separate video's into Roxio for 3D Video Creation?

 

Mounting two identical Video camera's side by side is pretty much the accepted (and probably the best for HD) way to shoot 3D. Is Roxio Creator able to import separate video files (for left and right eyes)?

This was discussed in another thread and unfortunately, No. Creator was designed to accept 3D video from 3D camcorders only. However if you can use other software to combine the videos in one of the accepted formats, that should work.

Ugh. Unfortunately, that bit of news makes this a non-purchase for me.
