Custom Menu Style Help Please

Question

I want to make a simple menu with a solid color background and text that links to individual movies. This is a collection of interviews and I want each person's name listed on the menu. There are 19 people/video interviews and I want them all listed on one menu page. I would like to click on a person's name on the menu and go directly to that interview. How can I create this in Creator 2009/My DVD?

Thanks.

1) Sorry but I think one or two MyDVD template menu styles can accommodate only up to six titles per menu page. Most styles can accommodate 4 or 5 titles per menu page.

2) Bring in all the movies (interviews) as separate titles. MyDVD automatically opens new menu pages, if necessary, to accommodate the titles. Edit each title name accordingly.

3) On MyDVD, right click on the menu background. Select Edit menu background.

4) Delete the template menu image/video in the Production Editor pane and replace it with desired solid color background. All menu pages will show this solid background.

5) In the menu bar of the Preview pane, select Back to MyDVD to bring you back to the first menu page

Thanks so much for your help. Once you got me on the right track I had a lot of fun with this, up to a point....

I added the color panel like you said and then added more buttons by selecting menu/add new unlinked button. I reduced the font size to 28 to allow more room on the screen. Every time I added another "extra" button a popup window told me there wasn't enough room and would I like a new menu page? I checked "no" each time and it allowed the extra buttons to pile up on the screen. I then arranged the buttons in 2 columns and with a right click I could line up their edges as I wanted. I ended up with 12 text buttons in size 28 font and I'll test that on my TV screen to see if I can reduce the font further and still see it from across the room. If not, it will be for watching on the PC only. In addition, I later discovered that I could add more color panels with "dissolve" between each for a very nice effect. I started with a pale blue/dissolve/medium blue/dissolve/deep blue. I got a very nice background that slowly changes from pale blue to deep blue. I saved all this- File/Save as Menu Style.

But here's the problem.......

Now when I start a new project and I go to Change Menu Style it shows the new style I created in the selection window, but when I select it, it doesn't load into my project. Where did I go wrong?
