Videowave- "timeline" Not Displaying

I have 2011 Pro installed on Windows 7. In VideoWave, only the "storyline" editing feature is displayed, not "timeline." I need to use "timeline." I have been using VideoWave since version 7 and have never encountered this issue. Thanks for any and all feedback!

Very strange... don't think we have ever seen this problem. May need to uninstall / reinstall.

Computer specs please be sure to include your video device (card or chip) what are your font and monitor settings please.

On the menu bar, click on View. Does it show Timeline as a selection? What happen if you click it? How about clicking Storyline from View menu, does it correct the display issue?

It doesn't look like you added the video. Make sure it's a supported video file.

Thanks for the quick response. The View tab on the menu bar does not have "timeline" or "storyline" as options. Any other ideas?

Is your Creator 2011 version a retail one (store bought or downloaded)? Or did it come with computer or burner?
