Help! Getting This Crash Error Always

Hi,

 

I have installed the latest update to Toast 10 and every time I try to copy files from tivo transfer to toast it, the conversion fails and I get the error in the attached screenshot. What gives???? Program was working fine a few days ago and then just completely toasts itself..........

 

Basically it's this could not record disc because of a mac os error

result code= -39

Thanks, it actually transfers the recordings over to the toast software fine, i just can't finish encoding and burning a dvd-video disc..... I always get that -39 error halfway through the encoding process.....

 

 

I'll check later today if that happens on my system. Meanwhile, try choosing TiVo with the top button of the Toast Media Browser to access the TiVo transfer and see if that works.
