See Video For 1 Second Then No Signal

I have installed the software and connected the Sanyo vcr using the yellow & white connectors. Vcr works fine connected to a tv. When connected to the computer and running the vhs to dvd software I see the same start screen as on the tv, I hit play on the vcr and I see my video for one second then the screen goes black and I see a message that says "No video signal".

Sorry to convey the bad news but the $50 program you bought does not come with a Lobster Diner…

 

Refunds are typically slow but there is nothing wrong with a follow-up. The person I contacted is on vacation this week and should be back next week.

 

Of course your problem will not be the only one on his desk…

 

So continue to follow-up so it doesn’t fall through the cracks. But don’t expect ’we will fall all over you’ service for a $50 software.

 

 

I just bought this software today and I too am having issues with it not working (I posted my own thread on the issue) but after reading the above reply to the customer "don't expect we will fall all over you for $50" I'm shocked. I've read other less than professional remarks from the same person on other threads. Had I seen these remarks before my purchase I would have stayed far away from this product. Each person asking for help on this thread should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of the price of the product.

BTW, the folks here, do not work for Roxio, so we aren't Roxio professionals. Once in awhile, a Roxio person will drop in and answer questions. They will have a Roxio icon, by their name.

Try hooking up a DVD player and see if that works.
