Need Software Replaced

I bought the Easy VHS to DVD droduct a while back, and istalled it on my computer, but the computer crashed. So now I still have the cord and roxio video capture usb, but I no longer have the software and cannot find the darn disc to reinstall on another computer. Can you tell me how to get just the software, without having to buy the whole works again, since I already have the cord and USB connector.

 

There one was message in a forum that described where the drivers were, and I went there and installed those, but it doesn't seem to have installed the actual software (desktop icon, application that actually opens etc)

If you registered the software on Roxio's site you can recover the CD Key. Was your purchace a download or physical media?

It was physical media, but we did register it on the Roxio site. But at the Roxio website redownload page it asks for credit card and order number, which are not applicable because we bought the software in a store.

 

So now what?

I would contact customer service, I don't know if they can help you tho!

 

If you loose your car I doubt GM or Ford would replace it?

Is this the Roxio website where you registered the product? It should not ask you for credit card/order number at all.
