Upgrading Roxio Photoshow To Premium

Hi!

I purchased on line premium membership for my Roxio photoshow which I got with Roxio Creator 2010 Pro. I am not able to upgrade my basic photoshow to premium version. I receive email confirmation that I purchased the premium version. However,each time when I try to login to verify it I get the same message:" Cannot authenticate to the Roxio PhotoShow Service. This error occurs most often when the local Windows Date and Time are incorrectly set. Please make sure your computer's date,time and timezone are ll set correctly and try again."!!! The date on my comp. is right one. I did also reinstall Roxio Creator 2010 Pro but I still have the same problem...

Go here and signin, then download PhotoShow 5 and or PhotoShow 6 premium software from your account page, now install the software.

Go here and signin, then download PhotoShow 5 and or PhotoShow 6 premium software from your account page, now install the software.

You did what a few times?

 

You've never been able to signin and download the software? Delete your cache and cookies and try again.

 

Do you have a version of PhotoShow 6 Premium downloaded?

Yes, I downloaded PhotoShow 6 from my Roxio account. When I open Roxio Photoshop at rigth top corner I have option to upgrade to premium.When I press this option I see small window asking me about my email address and my password. As soon as I do so I get the same message::" Cannot authenticate to the Roxio PhotoShow Service. This error occurs most often when the local Windows Date and Time are incorrectly set. Is the time, day, year, and timezone on your PC set correctly?

 

PhotoShow customers must register their software here before creating a support request.

When I installed program after I purchased Premium version for my photoshow from Roxio Creator 2010 Pro. I have separate icon:for Roxio Photoshow. When I click on this icon it opens a window where I see at top right corner a small button labeled upgrade to premium. As soon as i press this button I get small login window asking me for my email address and password. I completed this step so many times and I just get always the same message as I mentioned above :::" Cannot authenticate to the Roxio PhotoShow Service. This error occurs most often when the local Windows Date and Time are incorrectly set. Please make sure your computer's date,time and timezone are ll set correctly and try again."!!! I did purchase Premium version but I am not able to use it?
