I purchased on line premium membership for my Roxio photoshow which I got with Roxio Creator 2010 Pro. I am not able to upgrade my basic photoshow to premium version. I receive email confirmation that I purchased the premium version. However,each time when I try to login to verify it I get the same message:" Cannot authenticate to the Roxio PhotoShow Service. This error occurs most often when the local Windows Date and Time are incorrectly set. Please make sure your computer's date,time and timezone are ll set correctly and try again."!!! The date on my comp. is right one. I did also reinstall Roxio Creator 2010 Pro but I still have the same problem...
