Creator 2010 Wont Load

My system runs on windows XP and I have your software Roxio Creator 2010 Pro. The programme has worked OK up until now.

I had to completely reboot my computor and initially your programme worked ok.

I have installed service packs 1 and 2.

Now when I try to run the programme your logo appears on the monitor and this is followed by a box headed RoxioControl_50. In the box it says, "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please reinstall it." I have tried to repair the programme with the installation disc and as that did not help I uninstalled and then reinstalled the programme but none of these actions have solved the problem.

Can anybody help please.
