Adding A Title

I have a video started, I want to add a title to the begining. I don't want to put a title over any of my video, I want to put it on a colored , black background. I tried moving the clip that I have over to the next box on the storyline by dragging it, but I can't get it to drag.

Right click that box where the video is currently placed and sleect to insert a color panel. That should insert a colored still image in that box and should have moved the video one box to the right. You can now include a text in that colored panel. Add a dissolve transition, a black oanel, and a dissolve transition between the first color panel and the video for a smooth fade in to the video.
