Cannot Download Toast 10 Purchase



Hello, similar to the problem described in this post, I bought Toast 10 online yesterday, and the order seemed to go through, but the link to download when clicked takes me to a page that displays this error:


"Invalid request. Line item you are trying to download does not exist.


If you have any questions, please contact Digital River Customer Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com"


It does the same today when I try, but now with the added bonus of being told my allotted number of download attempts has been exceeded.


Emailed both Roxio and Digital River customer support last night with no response yet. The contact phone number given in the thread linked to above only gives a busy signal.


Very frustrating!

I had a similar problem that resolved with time but I never got to the "download attempts exceeded" reply. Roxio/Digital River has some issues with their shop software. It doesn't make sense to supply a dead link, does it?


You can probably simply download the 10.0.8 build (the post is pinned to the board, see above) and install it. It lacks the Pro additions but you will nevertheless need it because the shop still sells (or at least did a few days ago) the now defunct 10.0.7 release.
