ddodson
Is it just me or after I downloaded the fix I no longer see "Toast 10 Titanium Pro" it says "Toast 10 Titanium" on the folder or anywhere else. How do you know if it's actually the Pro version?
0 tsantee
It is the Pro version if you see the Blu-ray disc option in the Video window. Otherwise the only difference with the Pro version is you get the additional 3rd-party applications which only would be in the Toast folder if you chose to put them there. If that is what you did and you replaced the old Toast folder with the new one then you'll need to reinstall those extra applications. But you don't need to reinstall the Blu-ray plug in because that wasn't lost when the folder got replaced.
0 Robert0519
I have the same issue with a twist. When I click on the "Blu-ray" video option, it tells me I need the Blu-ray plug-in. When I try to install the plug-in, it asks for a key. Since I bought the Pro version (clearly stated on my receipt) I don't have a key for the plug-in. Looks like I was downgraded from Pro. I'll call support later. Anyone know the fix?
0 pruthe
When I got my Pro version, I got all my needed keys in an order confirmation email from Roxio/Sonic/Digital River. I ordered online, so may have a different source of keys if ordered boxed set. Edited October 2, 2010 by pruthe
