If you are referring to the USB device, don't plug it in. The drivers only load when it is plugged in. If you want to actually remove the drivers:

Plug in the Dazzle

Go to Control Panel

Double Click on Admin Tools

Double click on Computer Management

In the left pane, click once on Device Manager

Then all the devies show up in the right pane

Scroll to SOUnd, Video and game controllers and click once on the +

The Dazzle should show up in that list

RIGHT click on that and select UNINSTALL

That should remove the drivers completely. Unplug the Dazzle before Windows recognizes it again.
