Even With Sp2 Options Button On Video Copy And Convert Causes Crash



(I have exactly the same problem, Win7 32b, already did a regular uninstall/install and also the 'extensive' one according to 207CR knowledge base article. All to no avail... Definitely need to be able to select Dutch subtitles...)

My installation of Creator 2010 has the "Options Button on Video Copy and Convert causes crash" problem which is listed as being fixed in SP2. I have applied SP2 but I still experience the problem:


1) launch "Copy and Convert Video"

2) click the Options button (upper right corner)

3) click Cancel on the Options dialog

4) get a Microsoft Windows dialog stating that "Roxio VideoConvert has stopped working". Crash details are as follows:
