Sal D
I am using Roxio Edit Video - Advanced and when I import a .mov file that I took on my camcorder I am able to see (and edit) video I am not hearing any audio. Is there a setting I need to have to get audio? Thanks for your help. Edited October 16, 2010 by Sal D
0 gi7omy
How are you importing the file? If it's a digital camera, you need to use the firewire connection
0 Sal D
How are you importing the file? If it's a digital camera, you need to use the firewire connection I transferred the .mov file from my SD card to my hard drive, so it's a file on the HD. The .mov file plays audio on the HD, but when I import from my C drive to make a new project I'm able to see the video but don't hear any audio. 0 ggrussell
We have seen this problem with certain still cameras. Sometimes changing the .MOV extension to .MP4 fixes it.
