Cannot Open Backontrack

I have just purchased ROXIO 2012 PRO. I ran the install as an adminstrator and all installed with no errors. All other applications appear to work ok, but when I click to open BackOnTrack it initially loads then opens a new window saying; 'BackOnTrack service cannot run. Maybe BackOnTrack is not installed properly'. I have contacted support and they tell me to re-install disabling Norton 2012. It makes no difference. Tried re-installing under a new admin account but no difference. I think there is something wrong with the application in 2012 PRO. Anyone have the same issue? Can someone help?
