Roxio Has Terrible Customer Support

Question

I emailed customer support this morning to find out how to get mac2tivo to stop "calculating" the number or size or whatever the heck it's calculating but they never responded. I've "force quit" the application, I've shut down and restarted the computer and IT"S STILL THERE. Of course, Roxio hasn't bothered to "respond as soon as possible" Can anybody help figure out how to stop the calculating of whatever?
