How To Make Jewel Case Cd Cover? What Happened To My Usual Roxio?

I cannot go to Roxio and make a cd label for my jeweled cases anymore. What happened to the Roxio Creator I was using a few months ago? It's asking me to upgrade to 2011 and I don't want to. I had my own that came installed with my computer and it was easy to go to and use. Can anyone tell me what has changed or if anyone is having the same trouble?

What was the "Roxio Creator" you were using a few months ago? [full name and version number please]

 

What does it do/not do when you try to go to it and make a jewel case label?
