Roxio Photosuite 10 Fails To Print

Photo suite will not print . All other printing tasks from other sources print perfectly unless there it a photo awaiting printing in the queue. Those tasks waiting behind the photo can be cancelled but the photo can not be cancelled unless the computer is rebooted. The Lexmark x5490 printer that I use has been checked by Lexmark specialist, ensuring latest drivers etc. Dell, to date, has spent four hours trying to solve the problem with no success and they are coming online again tonight hopefully with some inpiration. Roxio Creator 10 has been removed and reinstalled. I have sent a request to Roxio for help 6 days ago, and to this date only a holding reply. From looking at other forums it is obvious that other people are experiencing same or similar problems. Who knows how to cure this?? I don't think Roxio does or they surely would have informed me and others

PhotoSuite 10 or PhotoSuite 2010 or Creator 2010 or Easy Media Creator 10 or Creator 10.X (DE). I don't troll other forums but if other people are having the same problem with the Lexmark printer perhpas Lexmark they should be more helpful.

 

If it is the OEM (Creator 10.X DE) that came with your Dell computer, then it is modeified for/by Dell and few of us have ever used that version. Support has to come from Dell. Don't let them tell you differently because they will try.

I found this tip in some notes I had for Lexmark (had one once)..... turn off printer spooling.
