Cant Get A Dvd+R To Work

I have a dell desk top and Roxio Creator came with it ,Vista basic home .my media player wont even see these disc's I can not get Roxio Creator to work with a DVD+R blank disc, sometimes it tells me how much space is left on the disc and sometimes its blank and does not recognize the disk ,whats wrong, am I not performing a certain step to make it work, I wanted to put a few videos I have saved in my file on to it and then show them on my TV with my TV DVD player, but I cant get anything to go on these DVD disc's.? help

You Probably have the 10.2 DE or 10.3 DE version, which has nothing to do with V2D…

 

ALL support for the Dell OEM software comes from Dell.

 

Besides, from the description it sounds like a drive problem so you are going to need to run the diagnostics for that.
