Install problems

I am having problems with roxio creator 2009. I get earros everytime I want to use it. so I was to uninstall and reinstall. But it would not let me reinstall. Saying not wiodows compatable. So I restore original. Tried to down load and install service pack 4 updated and keep getting errors and it keep shuting down.. I need help to make this work. I spent good money to get nothing.

What operating system are you trying to install C2009 on?

will not remove now the certificate is missing now. This happened durning the restore. What do I do now?
