Videowave13 "trim" Crashes All The Time

Question

Hi

Every time I try to edit video with the "Trim" function in VideoWave13 (Roxio 2011), any sudden move like rolling the shuttle nobs too fast or fast forwarding or reversing or clicking buttons to quickly will cause it to hang. This module (Trim) is extremely unstable yet extremely important. The only way I have found to work around it is to use the controls very slowly and deliborately and click on "save" after every move. "This is Psycho!!". I'm running Windows7 with a Pentium Quadcore processor and 8 gigs of ram. The system flys through everthing I run except this program. I E-mailed customer support and they told me to download the sevice pack update(That was done automatically when I installed the program). Can anyone help me?

Don't use the trim function. Watch this.
